Natural variations in color, marbling, scent, and weight are characteristic of small-batch production and are not considered defects.
- Cosmetic Use Only: All Evapure products are intended strictly for external cosmetic use. They are not formulated, intended, or licensed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or dermatological disease.
- Patch Testing: Because our formulations contain active botanical extracts and essential oils, individual skin sensitivities may occur. We strongly advise performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before regular use. Evapure Skin Care is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from personal sensitivities to clearly stated natural ingredients.
3. Pricing & Product Availability
- All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels and pricing, typographical errors or technical glitches may occasionally occur. Evapure reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, or limit quantities per customer.
- In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly to offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund.
4. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD) Integrity
- Order Verification: Once you place an order, our team may contact you via WhatsApp, phone call, or SMS to verify your delivery address and order details prior to dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is offered as a convenience for customers across Pakistan. By selecting COD, you commit to receiving and paying for the parcel upon courier arrival.
- Unwarranted Refusals: Refusing legitimate deliveries at the doorstep without a verified defect causes significant logistical losses to our small business. Evapure reserves the right to blacklist or restrict accounts and contact numbers associated with repeated or fraudulent COD refusals from using cash payment methods in the future.
5. Shipping & Deliveries
- We dispatch orders locally within Bahawalpur and nationwide across Pakistan through authorized third-party courier services.
- Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and may be subject to delays caused by adverse weather, courier transit bottlenecks, regional holidays, or unforeseen disruptions.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the courier records successful delivery at the provided address.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
All cancellations, returns, and exchanges are governed by our dedicated Order Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Orders may be canceled free of charge before fulfillment by contacting customer support immediately via WhatsApp.
- Due to hygiene standards for personal care products, opened or used skincare bars cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of parcel delivery with accompanying photographic or video proof.
